Advertising Agreement

All advertisements and listings have been accepted for publication under the presumption that the information contained in them is true, and that all merchandise or services offered in the ads are available by the advertiser. Business individual ads, subject to business rates, are defined as those individuals who have published ten or more vehicles or items in the past year; buy and sell vehicles or items as a for-profit venture; offer a product or service for sale; or operate from a storefront or function under a business name.

Your ad will run two or three weeks with the snapshot and description. After your two or three week run, you may renew your ad at the original price. Renewals must be made within four weeks of expiration of the original ad. Such ads are limited to private owners only, one item per ad and one snapshot per ad. If there is more than one item and/or price, a charge of $15 will be added to the cost of the ad. Cancellations must be called in by 4 p.m. on or before the deadline day for the following week's issue. Prepayment is required! No credit or refund for new ads cancelled after the 4 p.m. deadline. New or renewed ads cancelled before 4 p.m. on the deadline day prior to first publication will be charged 50 percent of the original cost as a processing fee. The publisher retains the right to refuse any advertising. Reproduction in any form is prohibited without written permission of the publisher. The advertising herein, including the snapshots, is property of Auto & RV Publications and not that of the advertiser. NOTICE: PLEASE NOTIFY US AS SOON AS YOUR ITEM IS SOLD.

CHANGES/RENEWALS:

You may change the telephone number or price FREE of charge in your ad. Any other word change is a $5 charge, plus $.25 for each additional word over 25 words. There is also a $7.50 charge to change or replace a black and white picture ad and a $12.50 charge to change or replace a color picture ad.

FRONT COVER

Feature your vehicle on the front cover of Auto & RV for one issue; your ad will also appear inside the following two issues. Front cover is available with three week run only. Please call our office at (574) 658-4111 to reserve a space. Front cover ads are limited to private individuals only - no dealer or commercial ads will be accepted for the front cover. Auto & RV Publications reserves the right to reject any photograph of poor quality requesting this position. For best quality, please send the negative as well as the snapshot for front cover ads. Polaroids will not be accepted for front cover ads. Picture should be of the item being sold only.

PAYMENT

All payments can be made with check or money order through the mail, or charge VISA or MASTERCARD.

CORRECTIONS

Please check your advertising copy for accuracy during the first insertion. No adjustment will be made after the first week.

ERRORS IN ADVERTISING

Auto & RV shall not be liable for failure to print or publish, in whole or part, an advertisement accepted by the publisher or our representative, and shall be under no liability for errors or omissions to advertisers or the general public except to credit advertiser for proportionate space in which error occurs or to re-run the advertisement in the next issue at the option of the publisher. Auto & RV will furnish a letter to be posted stating correction when requested by the advertiser.
