How do I place an ad?
There are two different ways to place an ad. The first option is by ordering online at www.autorv.com. You will just need a digital photo of the item you are selling and a credit card to pay with. The second option is by filling out the order form found within the first 15 pages of the printed magazine and mailing that in with a picture and payment. Click HERE

What if I do not have a photo for my ad?
To place an ad without a photo requires that the ad be mailed in with the order form inside the magazine. We recommend sending a note along with the ad stating that there is no photo for the ad. Note: Placing an ad through our online order form DOES require a photo.

What are my payment options?
Pre-payment is required. We accept checks, money orders, Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express. To place an ad online, a valid Visa, Discover, American Express or Mastercard is required. Checks and money orders are only accept for mailed in ads.

If I choose for my ad to appear on your website, does it go online immediately?
No, your ad will start online the day it is first appearing in the magazine

How do I place an ad on the front cover?
Please call us for availability and reservations. After your reservation is made you will then fill out the 3 week order form found inside the magazine and mail that in. You check availability by calling 1-800-733-4111 ext. 2351.

How long do you keep ads on file?
We retain ad information for four weeks after the ad has ended.

How do I renew my ad?
You can renew your ad by calling us and renewing over the phone. You will just need a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express to do so. Just call 800-733-4111 ext. 2912

How do I cancel my ad?
You can either email us, but please include your reference/confirmation number, or you may call us at 800-733-4111 ext. 2912.

Can I get a partial or full refund for my ad if it sells?
There is no refund for an ad once it is too late to cancel the first weeks printing of the first magazine that your ad is appearing in. You can receive a 50% refund if you cancel your ad by the deadline to stop the first weeks printing of the first magazine it is appearing in. For deadlines click HERE.

How do I know if the 'Multiple Item Fee' applies to my ad?
If you are advertising more than 1 single item in your ad you may be subject to the 'Multiple Item Fee' of $15.00. If you have more than 1 single item listed for more than 1 price in your ad, you are subject to the additional fee of $15.00. If you are listing 2 items as a package and there is only 1 price for the item, then you do not have to pay the additional fee. Examples:
-If you have a truck and Rv combo and have them listed as a package for 1 price, you do not have to pay the additional fee.
-If you have a truck and Rv for sale in the same ad and you list a price for each item, the additional fee would apply to the ad.

Photo uploading help
Before uploading your photo, please check the dimensions (width and height) of your photograph. This will look something like 2048 x 1536 pixels. The first number (2048) is your width and the second number (1536) is your height. If you are on a dial-up connection, we recommend having the width down to at least 700 pixels (the height will most likely be set to adjust automatically). If you are using a high speed/broadband connection, we recommend having the width down to at least 900 pixels. This will ensure that your photo is within the requirements.
